In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces are produced and shipped within 7–14 business days. The product page shows whether an item is in stock.

No — as natural stone, each piece has unique veining, tone and texture. These variations are not defects but nature's signature, making every product one of a kind.

Absolutely. We produce bespoke pieces including stone type, dimensions and form. Submit a "Custom Design" request via our contact form.

Credit/debit card via iyzico (Visa, Mastercard and other domestic and international cards) and bank transfer. All card payments are processed on iyzico's PCI-DSS compliant secure infrastructure with 3D Secure; your card details are never stored on our servers.

Yes. Card details are not stored on our servers; they are sent directly to licensed payment providers' encrypted forms. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You can cancel free of charge before production starts. After production begins, see our Returns & Cancellation page for custom product terms.

We ship throughout Turkey and to 40+ countries, primarily the USA. Delivery is via insured shipping through our partner carriers.

Shipping is free on all orders. For orders to the USA, duties and import taxes are included in the price — there are no extra fees at delivery. Delivery to the USA takes about 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Products are packed in multiple layers with foam, bubble wrap and custom wooden crates. All shipments are also insured.

We email your tracking number when the order ships. You can check status anytime on our Order Tracking page.

All standard products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, including international orders (USA and other countries). On international orders return shipping is paid by the buyer; there is no restocking fee and refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive the item. All our products come with a 3-year quality guarantee against manufacturing and watertightness defects.

Contact us as soon as possible with photos after delivery. For damaged products, shipping and replacement costs are covered by us.
