No — as natural stone, each piece has unique veining, tone and texture. These variations are not defects but nature's signature, making every product one of a kind.

Absolutely. We produce bespoke pieces including stone type, dimensions and form. Submit a "Custom Design" request via our contact form.

You can cancel free of charge before production starts. After production begins, see our Returns & Cancellation page for custom product terms.

We ship throughout Turkey and to 40+ countries, primarily the USA. Delivery is via insured shipping through our partner carriers.

Shipping is free on all orders. Customs duties may apply to the recipient depending on the destination country's regulations.

Products are packed in multiple layers with foam, bubble wrap and custom wooden crates. All shipments are also insured.

We email your tracking number when the order ships. You can check status anytime on our Order Tracking page.

Standard products have a 14-day withdrawal right. Custom-made products are excluded by nature. Details: Returns & Cancellation.

All our products come with a 3-year quality guarantee against manufacturing and watertightness defects.

Contact us as soon as possible with photos after delivery. For damaged products, shipping and replacement costs are covered by us.
