Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement is governed by applicable consumer protection regulations for orders placed electronically on the Marble Vertex website.

ARTICLE 1 — PARTIES

Buyer: The person or entity placing the order as stated in the order form.

ARTICLE 2 — SUBJECT

This Agreement covers the sale and delivery (domestic and international) of products ordered electronically from the Seller's website and sets out the parties' rights and obligations.

ARTICLE 3 — DELIVERY, CUSTOMS & GENERAL TERMS

3.1. The Buyer confirms having read pre-contractual information on product characteristics, price, payment and delivery.

3.2. Domestic orders are delivered within the statutory 30-day period where applicable. International delivery times depend on the carrier and destination customs; Marble Vertex is not liable for customs delays.

3.3. Import duties, taxes and local charges in the destination country are the Buyer's responsibility.

3.4. Natural stone products may show minor colour, veining and texture variations versus website images; the Buyer accepts this inherent characteristic.

3.5. Payments are processed securely via licensed payment providers; card data is not stored on Seller servers.

ARTICLE 4 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

ARTICLE 5 — DISPUTES

Disputes are subject to consumer arbitration committees and courts under the laws of the Buyer's jurisdiction and applicable international consumer rules.
