1. Data Processed & Purposes

Identity, contact, order, billing, logistics and — with consent — marketing data are processed to:

  • Process and deliver domestic/international orders,
  • Meet invoicing and export declaration obligations,
  • Manage customs and logistics,
  • Handle returns, cancellations and after-sales support,
  • Send campaigns where you have opted in and, with cookie consent, measure analytics/advertising.

2. Transfers

Data may be shared with carriers (DHL, UPS, domestic couriers), payment providers, invoicing partners, accountants and authorities only when necessary.

3. Collection Method

Data is collected electronically via website forms, registration and checkout.

4. Your Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and object to processing under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR.

5. Cookie Consent Records

Your choices in the cookie banner are recorded to meet our obligation to demonstrate consent (KVKK / GDPR Art. 7(1)): consent ID, date and time, selected categories, policy version, page, country, browser and IP address masked by removing its last part. These records are kept for 2 years and then deleted automatically. You can see your consent ID via the cookie icon at the bottom left of every page.

6. International Transfers

With your cookie consent, some online identifiers and usage data may be processed on servers abroad as part of Google (Analytics, Ads) and Meta (Pixel) services. Limited data may also be transferred abroad for security and content delivery (Cloudflare), payments (iyzico, PayTR and card schemes) and international shipping. These transfers rely on standard contractual clauses under KVKK Art. 9 / GDPR, on necessity for performing your order, or on your consent.
