5. GENERAL TERMS

5.1 The Buyer confirms having read pre-contractual information and given electronic consent.

5.2 In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days and made-to-order items within 7–14 business days. Delivery to the USA takes about 7–14 business days after dispatch; other international delivery times depend on the carrier and customs. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is completed within 30 days.

5.3 Natural stone may show colour/veining variations; not considered defects.

5.4 For deliveries to the USA, duties and import taxes are included in the price and paid by the Seller; there are no extra fees at delivery.

5.5 If payment is cancelled at the bank, the Seller is released from delivery obligation.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

14-day withdrawal right applies to all orders, domestic and international (including the USA). On international orders return shipping is paid by the Buyer; for USA orders import duties are included in the price and paid by the Seller. Custom marble products are excluded. See Returns & Cancellation on the website.

Inspect parcels with the courier; obtain a damage report for transit damage before acceptance.

How to withdraw: Send your withdrawal notice within 14 days of delivery to [email protected] or create a return request from your order details. The Seller refunds all payments received, including delivery costs, to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your notice. Please send the item back within 10 days of your notice. For returns within Türkiye via our designated carrier, return shipping is free; for international returns, return shipping is paid by the Buyer.

8. NON-WITHDRAWABLE PRODUCTS

Custom-cut or personalised products are excluded from withdrawal.

9. COMPLAINTS, GOVERNING LAW & RECORD OF THE AGREEMENT

Complaints can be sent to [email protected] or +90 541 799 36 82. Turkish law applies; this does not deprive consumers of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of their country of residence. Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.

This form and the Distance Sales Agreement are emailed to you after your order, stored electronically by the Seller and can be downloaded as PDF from your account.
