ARTICLE 2 — SUBJECT

Sale and delivery of products ordered electronically at {{SITE_URL}} under applicable distance sales and consumer protection rules.

ARTICLE 4 — GENERAL

4.1 The Buyer confirms pre-contractual information has been read.

4.2 In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days, made-to-order items within 7–14 business days; delivery within statutory time limits. For the USA, duties and import taxes are included in the price and paid by the Seller.

4.3 The Seller delivers goods conforming to order specifications.

4.4 No delivery obligation if payment fails or is reversed.

4.5 Force majeure: Seller notifies Buyer; Buyer may cancel, substitute or defer.

ARTICLE 5 — WITHDRAWAL

14-day withdrawal on all orders, domestic and international (return shipping paid by the Buyer on international orders); custom products excluded. See Returns & Cancellation on the website. Damage reports required for transit damage.

Withdrawal notices: [email protected] or via your order details. The Seller refunds all payments within 14 days of the notice; the Buyer returns the item within 10 days of the notice.

ARTICLE 6 — JURISDICTION

Turkish law applies, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of their country of residence. Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

This Agreement is emailed to the Buyer after the order and stored electronically by the Seller.

By completing the order the Buyer accepts all terms of this Agreement.
